We focus on your wellness and health so you can get back to what matters most. Once your physician refers you to Health First Physical Therapy, we will give you a thorough evaluation to determine how your injury or illness affects your lifestyle.

We will then work together with you and your physician to create a treatment plan that will help you reclaim your life, whether that means swinging a tennis racquet again, getting dressed without help or taking a walk with your dog.
